Vlisco, a Netherland-based fabric manufacturer is one of the premier contributors in the current explosion in African fashion and design. Vlisco specializes in manufacturing the finest West and Central African influenced wax fabrics. This phenomenal firm was brought to my attention by Clara Wozufia, who has produced several Vlisco materials as a component of her recently attained Master in Fashion Design from Paris' Creapole Esdi.

X-MEN Movie

I truly Loved it. A lot of people didn't think it was all that but I did. Hugh Jackman is so FREAKIN' Sexy!!! The movie tells us the story of how X-MEN started, DUH hence the name. Anyhow I thought it could have more action, but that's really my only complaint. Did anyone else see this movie?

This Swine Flu is Outta Control!

I really don't understand why everyone is going crazy! I don't think it's that serious! People are wearing masks and thousands of people die from the common flu only 90 somethin have died from the swine, yet no one is wearing condoms when millions are STILL dying from HIV/AIDS. Get it together people! PLUS wearing a mask does not protect you from catching the swine flu, your suppose to wear it IF you do have it to stop it from spreading.

SO... I had to attend the International Beauty Show for my internship at Shine Magazine(www.shineexpo.com). The show consist of hair, makeup, nail art and everything that deals with beauty. Barcode of the Future?

This this the future i see? Maybe the barcode of the future, a QR Code (Quick Response Code) is basically something like a matrix code which allows its contents to be decoded at high speed. The Tokyo design agency SET developed this with artwork by Takashi Murakami. It's pointless, because there isnt a need to ring things up faster BUTTTT its Dope, would love to see this on a new LV packaging.

As of lately there has been a lot of domestic family killings. It's beginning to get to me, seriously. This is ridiculous! Most of the time the killer kills themselves. I believe if you aren't happy with your life don't take others with you when you decide you're going to end your life. These individuals should not play God, I don't know what's going on but it needs to stop. This story is the latest: "A Maryland man believed to have shot and stabbed his wife and three young children to death before killing himself with a shotgun was having money problems and left a note saying he suffered from "psychological issues," authorities said." -CNN.com
